Smart Fork — Discovery Pack
Everything you need to start eating slowly: the Smart Fork, a matching knife, and its charger.
Why it matters
A small habit. A different meal.
Eating too fast means you eat more before your body ever signals “enough.” Slowing down changes everything.
Your brain needs ~20 minutes to register fullness. Give it the time.
More chewing means better digestion and less bloating.
At home, at work, every day — a habit that fits your table.
Twelve minutes. That is the gap between the last bite and the moment the body finally registers it has had enough. The plate is empty long before the signal lands.

The solution
A fork that keeps
the time for you.
Nothing to open, nothing to count. A sensor in the handle follows the pace of your bites and answers with one small signal when you go too fast. You slow down without deciding to — and after a few weeks, that is simply how you eat.
- Works from the first meal, straight out of the box
- No app, no subscription, nothing to charge for weeks
- Sits on the table like any other fork
How it works
One bite, ten seconds, a new rhythm.
Sensors in the handle guide the pace of your meal. Nothing to launch, nothing to read — you just eat.
It starts the moment you do
A sensor detects the fork touching your mouth. You take a bite — and your 10-second window opens.
Red means wait — a buzz if you don’t
While the light is on, the fork is asking you to pause. Take another bite anyway and it answers with one gentle vibration. Nothing else.
Light off — and soon, it’s yours
After 10 seconds the light goes out: next bite. Meal after meal the buzzes stop, and the slower rhythm becomes automatic.
Backed by science
Proven. Not promised.
Real behavioral-science findings — not marketing claims.
Fewer calories
Participants lost ≈5 lbs over 2 months when they slowed their eating pace.
More satiety
Eating for 20 minutes markedly increases fullness.
Obesity risk
Slower eaters show far lower obesity risk.
Diabetes risk
And a lower risk of type-2 diabetes over time.
Side by side
The same meal, two outcomes.
- Meal durationOver in about 8 minutes

- Calories per mealFull portion, every time
- Fullness signalsArrive after seconds are served
- Staying with itWillpower — and it fades

The parallel
The same idea — minus the prescription.
GLP-1 treatments and doctors point to the same simple thing: your body needs time to register fullness. Smart Fork helps you give it that time, one bite at a time.
Fullness signals reach the brain sooner. Prescription-only, with medical supervision.
The advice given alongside any treatment — and just as often on its own.
A red light and a gentle buzz when you speed up. No prescription, no app, no diet.
Smart Fork is not a medical device and is not a substitute for any treatment or medical advice.

Good to know
Frequently asked.
How does the Smart Fork actually slow me down?
When it’s not time for the next bite, the light blinks red and gently buzzes. When it’s OK, the light simply turns off. Over time you naturally space your bites by about 10 seconds.
Can I change the time between bites?
Yes — the interval is fully adjustable. Set it to whatever pace suits you; the default is about 10 seconds.
Does the knife have electronics?
No — the knife is a comfortable, matching non-electronic piece to complete your place setting. The sensor technology is in the fork.
How do I charge it?
Magnetic charging contacts sit on the back of the handle. A full charge lasts for days of normal use.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
No — wash it by hand with a sponge and warm water. Repeated dishwasher cycles damage the electronics in the handle over time. Never submerge the handle; the stainless steel head wipes clean in seconds.
